Every design is verified to AS1657 (Walkways and Guardrails), AS1170.1 (Table 3.3), and AS1428 (Access and Mobility) — ensuring your installation achieves both safety and regulatory compliance.
We manage the entire engineering workflow — from project review to certification — ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency at every stage.
1️⃣ Review of Project Information
– Assess architectural drawings, project specifications, and substrate conditions.
– Identify all applicable design standards (AS1657, AS1170.1, AS1428).
2️⃣ System Design & Mark-Up
– Provide engineering mark-ups for posts, fixings, and span spacing.
– Optimise design for buildability and compliance.
3️⃣ 3D CAD Modelling & Detailing
– Develop accurate 3D models and technical drawings, or review client-supplied drawings.
– Confirm geometry and load path consistency.
4️⃣ Engineering Validation & Certification
– Apply structural design actions per AS1170.
– Review material grades per AS4100 and AS1664.
– Issue the appropriate RPEQ Form 15 (QLD) or Reg 126 Certificate (VIC).
Most projects are completed within one week, depending on documentation readiness and review complexity.
