Truck Chassis Modification

Project Scope and Deliverables
Our role covered the full engineering cycle — from 3D CAD modelling of the truck chassis and all custom components to the preparation of detailed 2D fabrication drawings and documentation packages.
Key deliverables included:
- High-accuracy 3D models for all custom steel and aluminium chassis components
- Fully detailed 2D technical drawings suitable for fabrication and compliance
- Exported files in PDF, DWG, STEP, and DXF formats

Milestone-Based Delivery
The Truck Chassis Modification was delivered in three milestones to ensure progressive review and precision:
Milestone 1: Produced 90 PDF drawings — 44 detailed part drawings (2 aluminium, 42 steel) and 46 3D assembly drawings (19 aluminium, 27 steel).
Milestone 2: Incorporated design revisions and added welding specifications across all assemblies.
Milestone 3: Final delivery included DXF cut files, PDFs with BOMs and weight summaries, and a consolidated documentation package for fabrication.
